About Solve Vault

This is a website for treasure hunters across the growing treasure hunter community to post their solves, clue theories, and BOTG (boots on the ground) Reports.

A lot of us use websites and apps like Reddit and Discord to connect and share ideas and trip stories. While these sites are great for realtime back-and-forth convos, there is no centralized place where we can keep an organized record of our past solve ideas and past searches. Everything gets lost in the pile of endless messages and threads.

Right now if we want to search for what solves people have already come up with, our only hope is to scroll endlessly on Discord and Reddit and try to piece together the scraps. It's a scattered mess and our massive collective trove of ideas and knowledge as a community never gets built upon in any cumulative way.

While naturally most people don't want to share their solves until they've had a chance to to do their own BOTG search, most people do like to share their solves once they've exhausted their BOTG efforts and have no more plans to return to where they thought the treasure was. My goal is for people to not just post their solve theories on Discord, Reddit, Facebook etc. but to also think of this site when they reach that point when they're ready to share.

If it catches on I think this could serve as a super helpful resource and knowledge base, and as time goes on and more people post here we can keep tailoring it to community feedback and also make it extremely easy to sort through, filter, and search.

But enough rambling, you get the point!
